ROOM TO GATHER

From business meetings and community events to birthday parties, showers, reunions and celebrations, the Mountain View Community Center provides a flexible space you can make your own.

Located at 125 W 1st Street in downtown Mountain View, the main event space includes a fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms, a stage area, numerous 8-foot tables, and approximately 175 chairs available for renters to use.

And for smaller gatherings, meetings, or appointments, our conference room provides an affordable option without renting the entire Community Center.

  • The Community Center is available for a variety of gatherings, including business meetings, community events, shows, family gatherings, celebrations, private parties, showers, reunions, and more.

  • MAIN COMMUNITY CENTER

    2 Hours — $40
    4 Hours — $80
    More Than 4 Hours / All Day — $120

    Great for celebrations, showers, reunions, community gatherings, business events, programs, and more.

    CONFERENCE ROOM

    $10/hour

    A simple, affordable option for meetings, small groups, appointments, and gatherings that don't require the full Community Center.

    Nonprofit organization? Ask the Chamber about discounted rental rates.

  • The main Community Center includes access to a fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms, stage area, numerous 8-foot tables, and approximately 175 chairs.

  • The card information is held as part of the rental agreement. After the Center has been checked and everything has been left clean and undamaged, the card information is destroyed.

    The Chamber will not charge the card without authorization or proof of damage.

  • Yes. Renters are responsible for leaving the Community Center clean and ready for the next gathering.

    This includes removing trash, cleaning floors as needed, tidying the bathrooms, cleaning the kitchen and dishes if used, removing food from the refrigerator, returning tables and chairs, and making sure the building is securely locked when leaving.

  • Cancellations made at least two weeks before the scheduled event receive a full refund. Rentals canceled less than two weeks before the event are nonrefundable.

  • Yes. Discounted rental rates may be available for nonprofit organizations. Contact the Chamber for current nonprofit pricing and eligibility information.

  • Contact the Mountain View Chamber of Commerce to check availability. Credit or debit card information is required with the rental agreement before a requested date can be secured.
